Terms & Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • Investors acknowledge that Opportunity Zone investments are illiquid and typically require a minimum holding period of ten (10) years to maximize tax benefits.

6. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & DISCLOSURES

  • The investment opportunities described on this website do not constitute an offer to sell securities. Any investment can only be made through a formal offering document such as a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), subject to applicable federal and state securities laws.

7. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) & KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) COMPLIANCE

  • Opportunity Zone Development Group reserves the right to deny or terminate any investment or account that fails to meet AML/KYC compliance requirements.
  • Any attempts to circumvent these regulations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to regulatory authorities.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Opportunity Zone Development Group, its affiliates, partners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any investments made.
  • By using the Service, you acknowledge that investments in Opportunity Zones are subject to various risks, including but not limited to market fluctuations, changes in government regulations, and economic downturns.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Opportunity Zone Development Group and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with:

11. TAX TREATMENT & IMPLICATIONS

  • Opportunity Zone investments are subject to federal and state tax regulations.
  • The tax benefits outlined in Opportunity Zone legislation are subject to change and may vary based on the investor’s individual tax situation.
  • Investors should consult with a qualified tax professional before making any investment decisions.

12. FUND STRUCTURE & INVESTOR RELATIONS

  • The Opportunity Zone Development Fund operates under a General Partner (GP) / Limited Partner (LP) structure.
  • Investor funds are allocated according to the offering documents and fund agreements.
  • Investors will receive periodic reports and distributions, if applicable, based on fund performance.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or investment activities shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your City], [Your State], under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
